RETURN POLICY
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets all return requirements. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment, as Dress Up does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as Dress Up is not responsible for lost return packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Dress Up. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on Dress Up’s behalf. After return is accepted, customer will receive notification via email of their Dress Up store credit amount. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with, at the discretion of customer service.
- Damage Jewelry or not tag
If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of the package's original delivery.
