    We want you to love every handmade piece from our collection. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, our return process is simple and hassle-free. Just fill out the form below, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to make sure your experience with us is seamless from start to finish.

    Returning is quick & easy. Simply follow the steps below:
    1. Just fill out the form below
    2. Follow the prompts to complete your return. 
    3. Package up your return items and attach your printed return label to the outside of the packaging. Alternatively, take your QR code to your local USPS with your package. 
    4. Drop off your return at your local post office. Be sure it is scanned in transit once received and obtain a receipt for proof of lodgment.
    5. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take anywhere between 3-6 business days for your return to be processed. Return processing may up take up to 10 business days. If your return is received with damages, faults, is missing an item in your return, or does not adhere to our return policy it'll no be refundable
